One photo of one product, and an account. Every new account gets 20 free credits, which is a full set for a rug with some left over, so you can run something real before deciding anything. No card is asked for.

Yes. The free trial takes one photo and an email address and returns three finished shots of your own product, watermarked. It does not ask for a card and does not create an account.

Usually under two minutes. The first photo lands in a few seconds because it is made from your own pixels; the ones a model draws take longer. You can close the page and come back, the work carries on without you.

Fill the frame with the product, shoot it square on, and use even light. Those three do more than anything else. A plain floor or wall behind it helps but is not required.

The short side should be at least 1400 pixels for close detail to come through. A modern phone easily clears that, but a photo taken from across the room does not, because the product is only a small part of those pixels.

Because it covers less than about half the frame, so the part of the file that is actually your product is only a few hundred pixels. We do not enlarge past a point, since invented detail is worse than none. Step closer, or crop to the product, and run it again.

A rug is straightened to a square-on view when its four corners can be found. That fails when the photo is taken at a very steep angle, when the rug runs off the edge of the frame, or when it cannot be told apart from its background, and the shot then says which of those happened.

Yes, and they are used as reference rather than turned into extra shots. A single photo cannot show the back of a rug or the side of a ring, so any extra angle you add is a side we no longer have to guess.

One credit is one finished photo. You choose which shots you want before anything runs, so the number of credits is on screen before you spend them. Credits do not expire.

Its credit goes back to your balance automatically. If a whole run cannot start, every credit for it is returned. You are never charged for a photo you did not get.

It depends what the shot is made of. Anything cut or rendered from your own photograph is redone free, because nothing is generated. A shot a model draws costs one credit, refunded if it fails again.

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent on photos cannot, because the photos were delivered. That is why every account starts with 20 free ones.

They are two separate judgements. One is whether the photo came out usable; the other is whether what it shows was visible in your upload. A cutout or a straightened view is marked as coming from your own photograph. A room scene, a display stand or a close-up of weave your photo was too small to resolve is marked as partly filled in, and you deserve to know which you are looking at.

Yes, at download. Pick a shape and the file is fitted to it, centred on white, never stretched. Every shape comes from the same photo, so it costs nothing and you can change your mind.

PNG, JPG and WebP, one at a time or the whole set at once. WebP is the smallest and is what most shops should use; PNG is the one to keep if you plan to edit further.

You can connect a WooCommerce store and publish a product with its photos from the dashboard. Everything is also downloadable, so nothing depends on the connection.
